This will make you cry. If it's not enough that many cities are stopping churches from feeding the poor and outlawing having a blanket with you on the street, they now are putting up metal spikes along with all other kinds of things to make sure the homeless have nowhere to lay their head. Watch the video in the article to see the many contraptions they come up with to stop the homeless from laying down.
