The NWO is using mental illness and dementia as an excuse to "implant" chips in the body. You don't have to implant, there are alternatives. 1) They have a tracking sticker they can put on a fingernail, it's already in use, 2) tracking tags are available for clothes, jewelry as well if you are afraid they will wonder off due to dementia, you do not have to "implant"!
