Be it ever so humble, there's no place like home
You are rich indeed if you have even a tiny home like this. In a third
world country up in the mountains away from the main city in Haiti, I
did missionary work. I slept in a palm frond hut, the people there were
considered well off if they could manage to make and maintain a hut of
palm fronds. To them, if they had ever seen this tiny trailer, they
would have flipped! A solid structure to come in and out of, solid
furniture, a metal roof! They would have felt like a king to have this.
Here in America, they think this is a poor dwelling. Be thankful this
Christmas season for the tiny things you have, most people in 3rd world
countries will never have even those tiny things. Be it ever so humble,
there's no place like home.
