Acrylamide is a toxic poison to the body, it is created when you fry starches (make sure to have very few fried starches). Now they are saying it may be in roasted coffee beans. When I made the switch a few years ago to organic tea, I could feel the difference, my stomach felt better. I have coffee once in awhile as a specialty drink, but not a daily routine. Just being honest, my health feels so much better with the tea than the coffee. I had a book once called the 500 benefits of Tea. It's good for you! Just don't dump sugar in it, defeats the whole health purpose. If you want a sweetener, use honey, maple syrup or a 100% fruit drink.
