Helicopter crashes in New York City's East River; all 5 passengers dead, pilot only survivor   All five passengers aboard the helicopter that crashed into New York City’s East River Sunday have died, a New York Police Department spokeswoman said early Monday. The only survivor was the helicopter’s pilot, who was able to escape.
