Florence, Helene and Isaac are all hurricanes in the Atlantic
Florence, Helene and Isaac are all hurricanes in the Atlantic : Isaac turned into a hurricane when its maximum sustained winds reached 75 mph, just above the hurricane threshold of 74 mph.
