Father God, we pray for the hungry, homeless, cold, hurting street children and adults, Father may Christians be struck with the need to to make small homes and shelters for them instead of enlarge their own church buildings. The people are the church, not the buildings. We must put money towards food and shelter for those who have none and create programs of adoptions for children and work programs for adults and safe nursing homes for those who need them. God visit the homeless in the night and may they realize your deep profound love for them and with your strength, they will make it off the streets. In Jesus name, amen!
