Leah's Tasty Medicine Meals - very little effort needed in cooking it. #1 "Beef Stew/Soup".

(Tasty Medicine Meals) for when you don't have the energy to cook healthy, very little effort needed for this dish. I made a rustic beef stew/soup today for taste and healing. If you do not have the time to stand and chop a ton of veges. Just chunk cut them rustic style for the crock pot and when cooked, you can sit down and cut the tender veges in your bowl to bite size if you like. A lot of healing in this food. For instance, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar cut with 2 tablespoons of organic 100% Maple syrup tree sap, not only adds taste to the dish, but adds healing. The stew does not taste sweet from the 2 tablespoons Maple syrup and the health benefits of maple syrup are thru the roof, it actually takes down swelling and is high in vitamins and anti-oxidants. The Vinegar has at least 50 health benefits. Adding this to the pot gives a hint of tang, the Maple syrup cuts the tang so it's not too much. The beef stock also has a lot of vitamins.

Always use fresh produce, never anything from a can. Use beef stock over a plain beef broth. Every spice/sauce you choose to put in has a healing benefit. Choose the spices you like (remember not to heavy on the spices, too much can make you sick). Sauce idea's, tomato, worcestershire, organic beef onion soup mix. The vegetables in this stew have tremendous healing capabilities. Green onions, mustard/kale greens, carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes plus the beef. If you want it gravy style add corn starch. Howbeit, leaving it soup style broth brings about better health results. If you don't care for meat, at least put meat bones in while cooking it. The benefits of bone and root veges are massively high. I like to make healthy food very tasty, the kind of food you want to eat because the flavor combo pares well and taste amazing. Next time, I'll share my Healthy Spaghetti sauce recipe a great way to get nutrition to picky eaters.
