CDC: Outbreak of E. coli infections linked to some Fresh Express salad kits: The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and public health and regulatory officials in several states are investigating a multi-state outbreak of E. coli infections that have been linked to Fresh Express Sunflower Crisp chopped salad kit, and the CDC is urging anyone who may have purchased one of the salad kits to throw it away.
